Excellent experience. I suggest checking on tables a little more often but overall great food and drinks. Zero wait time on a Friday night. So surprised. Don't come here expecting a cheap meal. You get what you pay for, come prepared! We drove from Stockton to eat here. We'll definitely be back. The soju cocktails kinda made me nervous quality wise when ordering, but they did not disappoint at all. Fantastic!

Firehouse Crawfish at Delta Shores is a great addition to the shopping center and offers a convenient option for seafood lovers, like myself. I've dined here numerous times, but tonight I decided to DoorDash. I ordered shrimp and mussels, which you choose your preferred flavor and spice level. The flavors are always spot on, and they offer an ACE option on Wednesdays. Be sure to check their menu for details. Convenient and easy option.

Had a great time! The staff are all phenomenal, Daylin in particular went way above and beyond. She made sure we had everything we needed, was very helpful and patient with all of us for whom this experience was new, even helped us take some great family photos! I definitely enjoyed the food, but above all else the friendly attitude and caring way we were treated really stood out.

Definitely had to try out there $39 AYCE special that's on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only (kids ages 4-12 is half the price). There are no reservations on these two days. They are only open from 3pm-9pm so I suggest going there as early as you can, because there can be a long wait time. Not only that, some food items may run out if you come late. They ran out of crawfish and mussels by 6:30pm last night. You get 90 minutes and there is 2lb max per person. 2lbs (ex: 1lb prawns / 1lb mussels) was a lot considering all of the starters and extra sides too! They charge a $20 fee if there is wasted food. I suggest starting with ordering half a lb or 1lb, so you are not left with extra food. You can't take it to go either. On top of that, soda is included! So it was such a fulfilling dinner. My favorite was the fried calamari! I was not a fan of the clam chowder, because it tasted watery. As for the spice level (degrees) to the sauces, I didn't find it to be spicy at all. I got 3rd degree collision; I was expecting to be on fire. Instead I was sweating from the warmth inside the store. Although it was super busy, the staff were friendly and attentive enough for us. We didn't need much else after we received our food. But it was nice that they did make time to check in on us. I always appreciate it when the staff are nice. They also had some people training, so be considerate and kind to them! I was satisfied with the service.

As a seafood boil fanatic, this was actually best experience. I came for the AYCE, but since they were out of crawfish we ended up getting the combo mix instead with thick blast flavor at third level. Usually I don't order cajun because the flavor can be too salty or overwhelming, but this combination flavor was to dieeee for. Could even go the 4th spice level because it wasn't too spicy. The seafood was all super fresh and there was so much leftover sauce that we took it to go to eat with rice at home xD. Service was great as well for how big the restaurant is. We got seated right away and got our drinks, lemons, and appetizer all in a timely manner. This is a new favorite for me and hopefully they keep the AYCE menu so I can try it when they have crawfish !

I visited FireHouse Crawfish on Friday, 4/26/24, around 4 PM. I was happy that I stopped by during happy hour. For the happy hour deal, I decided to order a dozen blue point oysters ($2 each). The oysters were extremely fresh and tasty. I loved the sauces that came with the oysters as well. For the entree, I got a pound of headless shrimp prawns with three corn on the cobs and six red potatoes tossed in the 'Thick Blast' (Garlic Butter, Cajun & Spice) sauce. I chose 'Very Hot' as the spicy level. The shrimp boil was good in flavor, however, the sauce was a tad oily. My server during the visit was Sage. He was pleasant, friendly, and attentive. The indoor ambiance was clean and welcoming. Overall, FireHouse Crawfish is a decent restaurant.

Fun to do Happy Hour here for the oysters at $2 each with a 6 oyster minimum. Happy Hour chicken wings were fine. Happy Hour is all day on Monday and 3-6 PM Tuesday to Friday. Oysters were big, plump, and fresh. You get mignonette, a salt & pepper mix, Tabasco sauce packets, and lemon wedges to season the oysters. The Happy Hour menu and receipt said Blue Point oysters, but when I asked the server, she told me that they were Steamboat oysters from Washington state. I didn't like my side order of garlic noodles, which weren't firm or flavorful enough to me. Clean, spacious restaurant. Lots of TV screens (I believe there were 7 televisions) where you can watch a sports game or a family movie. You get a fun logo bib, a bucket, and hand wipes to help stay clean. You can order seafood by the pound or a combo for various seafood. 8 different flavors, 4 different heat levels. FireHouse Crawfish is located in Delta Shores near Regal Cinemas and by the other restaurants.

Came in around 8:30p, they close at 9p. Thought I had placed an order online, but I forgot to actually select "place order" on their Toast ordering system. Anyways, I had to walk in to place an order because I was unable to select "place order" when I realized my mistake. When I came into the restaurant, it was told to me that they close the kitchen at 8:30p, but they would make an exception for this order. I think the 8:30 kitchen closing should be something to note since their hours are posted as open until 9p. I ordered the 2 snow crab clusters (equivalent to 1 lb of crab), blazing Cajun (3rd degree, spicy spicy), side of sausage and garlic noodles and a Pepsi for a drink. The 3rd degree sauce was a little pastier than what I am used to, but still had good flavor. Total price was $58.70. Whether you feel as though that is a bunch of food is dependent upon the person. I was able to eat twice off of what was ordered! The $58.70 price was about $2 more than what I was quoted online, but I found it was because of the difference in size of the drink that you order online versus the size they give when you order in.
